Pasteria Italiana began as a dream in my mother’s kitchen in Bari, Italy. The kitchen
is where we share moments and stories with our family and friends and where our
heart feels best. Food is the center of our day and pasta is the love of our life from infancy.
We are proud to have brought this same love to many homes and kitchens since
2005 with our fresh pastas sold at the local farmers markets in Los Angeles and
Orange County. We now have our own manufacturing facility where we produce the
absolute BEST and FRESHEST pasta, including our proprietary Gluten Free options as
well as Gluten Free and Vegan, both as long pasta, short pasta, ravioli, Tortelloni, and Canneloni.
Our recipes are made with the highest quality, carefully selected and fresh
ingredients only. We are committed to producing pasta that can be enjoyed by all,
including those with celiac disease, autism, gluten intolerance and wheat allergies.
Our products are currently sold in over 40 farmers markets, are endorsed and served
by Chefs from San Francisco to Beverly Hills, along the coast all the way to San Diego
in the hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores & Deli’s (under their private label).
When you enjoy our pasta, it will feel like a virtual trip to Bari, Italy....to my mother’s
kitchen, where the most important word is. Mangia!
