That same philosophy drives us today.
Since 2005, we’ve grown from local farmers markets in Los Angeles to a dedicated manufacturing facility producing some of the freshest artisanal pasta in California. Our line includes traditional wheat pasta as well as proprietary Gluten-Free and Vegan options — long pasta, short pasta, ravioli, tortelloni, and cannelloni.
We source only premium ingredients and produce in small batches to ensure unmatched texture, flavor, and consistency.
Our commitment is simple: pasta that everyone can enjoy — including those with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergies.
Today, our products are featured in more than 40 farmers markets and served by respected chefs from San Francisco to Beverly Hills and throughout Southern California’s hospitality industry — including restaurants, hotels, gourmet markets, and private-label partners.
